Our Gold and E-Commerce hosting plans include telephone based support. If you have a problem with your hosting account, you can pick up the phone and you will receive friendly help over the phone.
For your WordPress and Silver plans, we offer the same high quality support, but to keep costs down, we offer that support via email.
